For founders moving from prototype to pilot, and from pilot to enterprise. We connect product, data, contracts and AI governance so UK and EU legal requirements support the roadmap rather than surprise it.

The product reality
The legal work should follow the product, not sit beside it.
There is no single compliance checklist for AI. The answer changes with the model, data flow, user impact, sector, distribution model and markets. We map those moving parts early, so the team can make better build, buy and launch decisions and answer customers, investors and regulators with a coherent story.
Choose your next milestone
Legal support for the stage your product is entering.
Start with a focused readiness review, put a working governance layer in place, prepare for launch or an enterprise pilot, or bring senior legal input into the monthly product and commercial cadence.
Prices exclude VAT where chargeable and third-party specialist costs. The final scope, assumptions, exclusions and fee are confirmed in writing before work starts.

AI legal advisory: common questions
Who is LexIrun for?
LexIrun works with AI and SaaS founders, technology businesses and Iranian entrepreneurs operating in the UK or targeting UK and European markets. Support covers legal readiness, customer and supplier contracts, data protection and internal governance.
Can I start with a focused legal review?
Yes. The AI Legal Readiness Review is a fixed-fee £650 starting point covering a product and data walkthrough, initial issue mapping, a prioritised action list and a debrief. VAT, where chargeable, is additional. Further work is scoped and agreed separately.
How does a readiness review differ from an AI governance pack?
A readiness review identifies issues and priorities. The AI Governance Pack develops working processes: an AI inventory, decision owners, approval stages, oversight and review records, and workflows for vendors, changes and incidents.
Is ongoing fractional counsel available?
Yes. Fractional Legal & AI Compliance Counsel starts at £1,200 per month, with an initial three-month engagement and up to six hours of agreed advisory support per month in the published package. Scope, VAT where chargeable and additional work are agreed before the engagement begins.
Who leads the legal work?
Dr Eldar Khiavi, founder of LexIrun, leads each engagement directly. Scope, responsibilities and any need for specialist support are agreed at the outset. Professional background and working approach
This page provides general information. The scope of any review is agreed in writing and depends on the product, data, sector, stage and markets. Dr Eldar Khiavi is individually regulated by the SRA; Daad Bonyad and Khiavi Consultancy Ltd are not currently authorised by the SRA as a law firm. The company does not undertake reserved legal activities in England and Wales.
